滿足所有

　　有幸在過去十年與一班出色的團隊工作，後期更有機會參與公司新的市場開發項目，具挑戰之餘，也學習了非常多的知識，甚覺充實。更感恩是過去除了工作外，在公司也獲得不少額外的「非物質回報」，滿足程度絕不遜於金錢回報。

　　首先，有幸參與成立銀行在亞洲的首個「社會企業責任」部門，Corporate　Social Responsibility Department，並成為首三屆社企責任大使。與同事一起參與社區服務工作，其中包括鼓勵低下階層的學童，提升讀書興趣，打好學習基礎，邀請他們參觀公司。

開展第二工作人生

　　「滿足所有」，更感恩是公司容許在工作期內出版了二本親子理財書籍，得到不同部門主管及同事踴躍支持和購買 ；也容許我在工餘出席接近40個「如何提升理財EQ」的講座，這寬容度是外資金融機構一般不易做到的。

　　最後，工作收入也讓筆者在2007年1月與一好友成立了「社聯-頌慈基金」，至今已幫助了超過二千個有需要的長者，幫助改善家居安全及生活質素，最新包括「耆夢成真」項目，基金網址。

　　我將很快開展我的第二工作人生 - 全力推動提升兒童理財EQ的工作，感謝您的支持。

Being content

  I am grateful that my family members are healthy and our two sons start to know what is right and wrong. We can let them explore and join the “World Park” themselves!

  I am also very glad that I could work with an outstanding team over the past 10 years, and got involved in a new market development project at a later stage. It was a new, challenging and fruitful experience to me. Moreover, I got some extra non-material returns and gave me high level of satisfaction.

  Firstly, I was delighted to be one of the members to set up the bank’s first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department in Asia Pacific region, and became the CSR ambassador in Hong Kong for three years. We have participated in many community services including youth education so as to encourage lower income class students to read more, and we invited them to visit my company.

Starting My Second Career

  Secondly, I am even more grateful that I was allowed to write and publish two books about parenting and child financial management, and have received tremendous support from department heads and colleagues. I was also being able to host nearly 40 seminars on “How to raise financial management EQ” in my spare time. This degree of tolerance is usually not common in foreign financial institutions.

  Lastly, the income from work also enabled me (together with a good friend) to establish the HKCSS – Elderly Care Community Care Fund in January 2007. The fund has already helped more than 2,000 elders in need, improved their home safety and quality of life. The latest project includes the “Elder’s Dream-Comes-True” program. 我的開心事

　　(一) 去拜訪一名客戶後，回到公司才發現不見了電話，我們的守則是第一時間通知公司防止資料外洩，也打算要付六千元，但豈料隔了不到一小時，客戶通知電話原來在他那裹，失而復得真的很開心。

　　(二) 打算買二瓶水，但卻知倘若先買其他飲品，每支便宜$2，打算離開，有一顧客說我代你買吧，很高興得到他的幫助。

　　(三) 與上司Frank討論離職的事，大家坦誠溝通，說出自己的心願，得他支持和鼓勵，感到溫暖。

　　(四) 看著四隻出生的小狗逐漸長大，真的很可愛，也感受到舐犢情深的偉大母愛。

　　(五) 兒子做不完功課，在翌日早點起床完成，很高興見到他主動去做。
