- 美國總統特朗普表示，與中國的貿易磋商進展順利，美國談判代表下周將赴中國進一步推動兩國達成協議。當被問及取消對華關稅的問題時，特朗普稱，兩國並不是在討論取消關稅，美方將相當長一段時間內保留關稅措施，直到確保中國遵守協議，因北京在遵守一些協議上曾出現過很多問題。
特朗普的講話打消兩國彼此取消關稅的希望，而中方亦一直力求將美國取消關稅作為協議的一部分。據悉，美國希望繼續使用關稅作為威脅，以確保中國不會違背協議，並且只有在北京方面實施所有協議時，才能完全取消關稅。

i suggest you to study more especially focus in history if you know how to read Chinese....the 1st atomic bomb test successfully in china was in 1963...by that time all technologies, economic was banned from all countries including Russia...how to copy, please tell me? Have you ever seen a country got nothing 40 years ago and now become the most hi-tech country in the world? railway , bridges, GDP...underground railway, eMoney.....don't forget who stole the "black powder" from China...we have more than 5000 years history...we invented explovies, compass, printing, paper making... we respect everyone, that's our tradition, we never start the war unless someone did, we definitely will fight back... if you know how to write Chinese, please do so......that will be my last reply to you writing in English...
