深圳全新高級中菜廳!名廚監修精緻點心菜式:葱香蜜豆魚塔、白玉魚子蜆湯凍、酸菜山椒黃魚、海膽黃鱔釜飯,創意度十足!

    「世」界味覺之旅

    逢星期四或星期五更新

  難得午餐時間來到,當然要襯機會試試他們的點心,先來兩款蒸點金勾蟹鉗水晶餃和翡翠刺參玉帶餃,前者用上時令的奄仔蟹和矜貴的金勾翅製成蒸餃,吃時配搭大紅浙醋一同享用;後者則以精選刺參搭配帶子、蘆筍、墨魚滑製成餡料,跟加入菠菜汁炮製的餃皮結構成完美組合。

 

 

  之後來了兩款香口的炸點,先是黃魚膠春卷,單單是脹卜卜的賣相已經十分誘人,酥脆非常的春卷皮包裹著用福建黃魚製成的餡料,一吃愛上;另一款是人見人愛的鮮蜆鮑魚酥,選用澳洲鮑魚配合紅蜆和杏鮑菇作餡料,外面包著以有機豬網油和牛油製成的酥皮,酥脆度滿分。

 

 

  最後的點心是個人最愛的腸粉環節,米網長腳蟹腸粉用上阿拉斯加長腳蟹肉入饌,加入新鮮現打的蝦膠,配上越南米網,實在沒有不喜歡的理由。
