price of HK$2.75. Based on 1,000 shares per lot, excluding handling fees, the book value
loss per lot is HK$650. It is currently at HK$2.45 on Bright Smart's grey market, 10.9%
lower than the grey market's IPO price. The book value loss per lot is HK$300.
