There were 821 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$8.45 billion and HK$4.07 billion, or 17.12% and 8.24% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 40.86% and 60.82% of respective stock's turnover.
TENCENT (00700) and HSCEI ETF (02828) registered HK$1.8 billion and HK$1.68 billion of short sales, accounting for 3.65% and 3.41% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 15.43% and 17.33% of respective stock's turnover.
