There were 823 short-selling stocks. HSCEI ETF (02828) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$3.35 billion and HK$2.92 billion, or 9.07% and 7.9% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 42.84% and 56.86% of respective stock's turnover.
TRACKER FUND (02800) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.52 billion and HK$1.28 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.83% and 3.46% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 23.08% and 13.96% of respective stock's turnover.
